Some Background
I started out as a Graphic Designer for about 15 years and later became a Color Lithographer for the printing Industry. You have seen some of my work on one of Microsoft's software packages.
I started working full time on the Internet in 1996 when due to a serious injury I lost my job as a color separation specialist for the printing Industry.
The problem with working for a company is that when the company's circumstances change or technology changes; the value your skills bring the company changes as well.
Since 1996 I have designed over 200 web sites and developed over 6,000 pages of content for the Web. I have attracted over 2,000,000 (2 million) visitors to my web sites (this year alone) spending less than $100 dollars on advertising.

Later I expanded the runners log into a computer program also titled "Be Your Own Coach". The computer program personalized a runner's training regimen to the athlete's personal goals and abilities.
